Birthday Breakfast

Rob's healthy breakfast (lucky me got breakfast in bed), as adapted from the recommendation in "Scrawny to Brawny"

2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 cup of mixed beans (canned & drained)
1/2 cup of chopped sweet red bell pepper
1/4 cup of shredded sharp cheddar
fresh or dried herbs & ground black pepper to taste
